Empanelment of vendors for supply of Sulphur only

The empanelment shall be carried out under three categories listed below

List of documents to be enclosed with the application are as under:

1. Company details (complete registered address; name of Directors/ Chief executive with contact details such as telephone no.; fax no.; cell; e-mail addresses ; contact persons with their designation and contact details such as telephone no.; fax no.; cell; e-mail addresses; history and structure of the organization)

1. Financial statements (annual reports) for the last 3 years

1. Details of mining/ manufacturing facilities with location and capacity of each producing unit. In case of vendors under category II and category-III, they will furnish the details of the facilities of their back-up producers.

1. List of customers in India to whom the material has been supplied during last 5 years specifying quantity supplied with documentary evidence

1. Incase of vendors under category II and category-III; they shall submit an authority letter from the producer in original.

1. Incase vendors have any representative in India, they shall submit a copy of their agreement with the Indian representative giving the details of their relationship with the Indian representative. Photocopies submitted should be duly certified as true copies with vendor’s company seal by authorized signatory.

Details such as specifications of sulphur, bid bond, and performance bond required will be will be communicated at the time of floating the tender enquiry.

MMTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason thereof and its decision in this regard shall be final.
